TERMITE TREATMENT SERVICES
I. SOIL TREATMENT
Soil Treatment is applied as a preventive measure against subterranean termites. It offers a chemical on full soil barrier, which is intended to block all potential routes of termite entry, such as cold joints in the concrete, crevices at plumbing stub outs, and open spaces for other utility lines.
The most ideal time to apply the soil treatment is just before the pouring of the concrete. The treatment should be applied after the sand has been filled, the utility lines and plumbing have been installed. The area must also be free of plastic.
It is the most beneficial to have the concrete poured within 24 hours of the soil treatment.
III. CORRECTIVE TREATMENT
Corrective Treatment is an anti-termite method. The main objective of this treatment is to treat the zone (barrier) around the perimeter ground beams and columns of the building. In order to reach the soil under slab on ground building, it is necessary to drill holes through the slab to inject termiticide by using the pressure jet.
IV. PIPING TREATMENT
Piping System is an anti-termite method by planting some PE, PVC or PPR pipes into the ground around the building foundation. The purpose of pipe planting is to create an anti-termite chemical pathway that you can inject at any time without having to make a hole in your floor. This treatment is carried out when the building is under construction or when the floor is being renovated so that pipelines can be ran into the ground of your building.
