Stain Removal
We cannot guarantee that all stains will be removed if they have gone deep into the fabric, but our technicians will try to do their best. Generally, the longer you had the stain, the more difficult it will be to remove it.
Vacuuming the Carpet
To remove the dirt, dust, grime, soil from the carpet tiles/sheet.
Shampooing the Carpet
Shampoo scrubbing the carpet tiles with carpet shampoo to remove stains and dirt.
Drying & Spot checking the Carpet
Providing the hot air flows over the carpet tiles and make it dry, during the drying our technicians will do the spot checking on the stain areas and try to remove them by hands wash.
The carpets will be slightly damp and needs usually between 2 and 6 hours to dry. We recommend keeping the air con turns on to speed up the ventilation and drying. The carpet technician may also decide to leave a fan to increase the airflow.
