Top Four Termite Treatment Methods

Termites can cause irreparable damage to the building and can affect the integrity and structure of your building. These are four ways of effectively protecting your building from termites and preventing further damage to your building’s structure.

Subterranean termites live in the soil, termite treatments are used on the soil to act as a treatment barrier. First, a trench is fulfilled with the sand in the gap of the beam foundation and the soil is treated with termiticide. This type of treatment helps prevent the termite and kills any termites are going into the soil for duration of 4-5years.
The baiting treatments are an effective way of destroying termite colonies. A pest control professional will install bait stations on the termite infestations of the building and monitor the stations on a set frequency ensuring a building is protected from future and any current infestations. This termite infestation treatment effectively eliminates termites.
Is required to drill the holes into the slabs or floor tiles to treat and reach the affected аrеаs in the soil where termites may exist, the drilled holes are along the wall footage or beam structures inside or outside. The holes between each gap 30mm or 50mm and the termicide will inject into the soil through each holes with dilution 3L or 5L. It will reach to the soil to get rid of the termites and stop them from re-infesting.
Piping treatment is an anti termite method by running the PVC pipes into the ground around the building foundation. The purpose of installing the pipes are to create an anti termite chemical pathway that we can inject at any time without having to make holes on the floor tiles. This treatment is carried out when the building is under construction or when the floor is being renovated so that pipelines can be running into the ground of your building beam structures.

1. Soil Treatment

Spray the diluted termite chemical onto the ready soil areas and then the constructor will lay the plastics cover to the treated areas and fulfill the concrete mixture immediately.

2. Baiting Treatment

The termite bait stations will install on the infestation area to eliminate the termite that has been happening. The bait stations will be checked every two weeks.

3. Corrective Treatment

Drill the holes along the wall footage or beam one side or two sides and inject the diluted termite chemical and seal with cement or floor tiles coins

4. Piping Treatment

Lay out the pipe along the beam one side or two sides connect each other with injection diluted termite chemical heads for now and future injecting the termite chemical.
